I'm thrilled to introduce myself and share the story behind Hare Cola, the delightful beverage that's quickly becoming a local favorite.
I'm Kaori Sereni, the founder and creator of Hare Cola. Originally from Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, I now call the beautiful Myoko City in Niigata Prefecture my home. I'm passionate about food, health, delicious drinks, and great music. I love spending time with my family, which includes my husband and our two wonderful rescue dogs.
Our journey began in 2019 when we moved from bustling Tokyo to the serene Madarao Kogen. Alongside running a cozy lodging facility and a weekend-only hamburger shop with my husband, I embarked on a mission to create something truly special—Hare Cola.
Hare Cola was initially crafted as an exclusive drink for our hamburger shop, and it quickly captured the hearts of our customers. They loved it so much that we received countless requests to make it available for home enjoyment and sharing with friends. Inspired by this enthusiastic response, I decided to bring Hare Cola to the market. After perfecting the recipe and carefully selecting the right bottles, we received our soft drink manufacturing license and officially launched Hare Cola in August 2023.
At Hare Cola, we pride ourselves on being a small but mighty operation. I personally oversee every aspect, from sourcing the finest ingredients to crafting the syrup, bottling, marketing, and sales. Our dedication ensures that every bottle of Hare Cola is made with love and care.
